No item for AP that lets you move through units

Title. AD has PD. I'd like Lich Bane or Luden's to have that added as a passive effect, maybe add it on to Luden's to compensate for its inevitable nerf.

Pls, Ahri has crazy mana problems. She can barely clear until like level 14.

Mostly correct, yeah. Ahri doesnt have good waveclear until she levels up her orb around 4 (and to some extent foxfire)

as for mana, yeah, she's never really on top of that until early late game. Even then, she has to have a grail for her to be launching multiple abilities or combos.

good point maybe for a replacement magic pen item now that abyssal will cater more for tanky champs. preferably with some cdr would be nice. like the ap's equivalent to ghostblade but different.

Don't really need it. Most champs who build AP attack in bursts. AD champs are more effected by creep block than AP.

At most add it to Nasher's Tooth.

Quite a few AP champs would love it. Diana Chogath Galio Maokai Lissandra Mordekaiser Nidalee Rumble Singed to name a few

They would like it. But their damage doesn't rely as heavily on positioning as an ADC(melee or ranged) does.

Not saying I think they should never get it. But it shouldn't be easy. And it for sure shouldn't be with champions who burst a lot(ludens/lichbane champions). Should be for those who actually need to position to fight. Kayle and Teemo for example. Who rely on AP and AA's to do most of their damage. Which is why I suggested Nashers.

Another idea could be Twin Shadows. But it's an odd buy. Which could fit it just fine to keep it a niche AP effect. Or add it to a boot upgrade.
