Can we get some context on why certain champs got Invisible vs. Camo in the stealth update?

A quick cheat sheet. Rengar - Camo Evelynn - Camo Twitch - Camo

Talon - Invisible Khazix - Invisible Teemo - Invisible Vayne - Invisible MonkeyKing - Invisible Akali - Invisible Shaco - Invisible

Now, a lot of these seem like no brainers. Stealth was broken into two camps specifically to keep people like Vayne from being hard countered by a 75 gold purchase, so it makes sense that she, kha, and the other short duration re-position type stealth moves would become invisible. And on the other side Eve's infinite duration stealth with no movement restrictions was obviously going to be camo.

But there's a few that surprised me, that I would like some insight into. Teemo for one, lets him be invisible theoretically forever. Even with no or little movement this means a lot of champs who rely on autos or targeted abilities lose any ability to fight a teemo if they had the time to stealth, even more could technically deal damage, but in way that would be functionally so impractical it'd be useless for anything but scoring a final hit (like Volibear's roar or Jax's stun), so I was surprised he was given invisible and not camo.

Shaco I get that his Q no longer gives him enough time to walk from a bush to the middle of lane and get a backstab at rank 1, but it still seems weird that his stealth get away/approach is invisible while Rengar's ult is camo.

Twitch I was sure he was on the list of champs that were instantly deleted if they got pinked, so I assumed he was going to get invisibility, even though he would probably lose the movespeed, instead he got increased duration and camo, I can't really say if this is good or bad, since I don't play twitch at all, but I would like to hear the rationale all the same.

Teemo has worked like that at least since I started to play league, so no changes there except call it invisibility and not Stealth. He can't move to be stealthed or inside the bush where he can move without losing invisibility. So, he's limited to wait for an opportunity instead of creating one. Also, Teemo can't be hit by autos but is affected by aoe damage.

Shaco's invisibility is 1.5seconds only. Rengar ult has 14/22/30 seconds of duration.

Twitch Q invisibility is 10seconds of duration.

It all depends on the duration of the invisibility, the things that invisibility can provide, etc...
