Whats better on Jhin?

I would say Fury because, not only does it result in greater AD, but it also results in greater movement speed when Every Moment Matters is triggered. It's certainly not a huge amount, but we are talking about the very first tier of masteries. You can probably get away with either with little impact until very late game.

Pick Fury if you just want to farm safely in lane, maybe if they counter-picked you. Pick Sorcery if you think you will dominate the laning phase and/or get a bunch of early kills.
