What am i supposed to do against a draven malzahar bot lane?

I never, not ONE time, have won when it was draven adc and malz support. It is so god damn oppressive, you cant even try to hit draven because if you do malzahar will just annihilate you then itll get to the point where draven doesnt even need malz and can just hit you twice and you are dead and its like ??????? Counterplay ????? Whats that? And yeah sure ill call for my jungler, but if they dont show? And why is that the necessary counterplay. "You must get all 5 of your team to kill 2 people" is not counterplay, thats literally 1) forcing everyone else to do well, 2) requiring them all to leave lane. Like you dont win it and it isnt fair so like ? Are we going to address that or is there going to be more "QQ dont nerf malz" circle jerk. I dont mind malz mid, thats fine i dont give a shit. But one oppressive support + one oppressive adc, like are we just not going to put 2 and 2 together here?
