when she presses r the tibber will spawn near her and annie has to choose a target and when she chose a target the tibber will run to him stunning the champion,or otherwise make the tibber pounce to the target but in other words please add counter play to her ultimate.

Wolfess1 votestibbers is a ground placed skillshot, it's not even targeted like a lot of other make ults that will have either built in utility like liss ult that stuns or syndra ult that scales massively with spheres, has a good range, and is targeted. Annie's ult doesn't even have crowd control without passive stacks and that crowd control is shared between all her abilities using said stacks.
