Have you guys hovered around 0 lp, right next to being demoted where every win felt like the most difficult thing ever and losses seemed pretty much inevitable. Then the instant you finally lose that game at 0 lp and drop a division all of a sudden winning is suddenly easy again and you climb back to that same division just to do it all over again?

Like seriously after going through this a couple of times, you got to wonder, is Riot setting up these games like this on purpose...

That basically means that you are in your final elo now, and unless you will work on yourself you won't get any higher now. It's normal to hover +/- 1-2 divisions around your final elo.

Lmao I don't struggle in my elo at all, please look me up before you go there. I've been in plat series, I'm just stuck in gold, cause I play ADC, it's a very team dependent role.

I did look you up, this is exactly why I came to this conclusion. You have a 51% winrate in over 1300 games and you only have 2 Champions with a positive winrate (excluding the ones where you played only 1-2 games with). If you feel like you don't struggle, okay, but you don't climb either. And the hovering around one elo (mid gold in your case) is a typical indication for that.

Oh and don't go with that "adc is a team dependent role so it's my teams fault that I can't climb, they can't peel me" argument.

Support is team dependent aswell, you can help them get kills but you can't "carry" like other roles.

Top lane is team dependent aswell. You can splitpush as much as you want and carry most of the time, if your team picks stupid 4v5 fights and the enemy team gets all the objectives you will still lose the game.

Jungle is team dependent aswell, you can gank all you want, if your laner does not know what to do with the lead (or straight up fails when you gank) you will lose aswell.

You are stuck because you are arrogant and don't want to work on yourself, not because of your team.

it mean's you're at the proper elo. if you can't carry yourself out of that, it's your problem.

I disagree.

League is extremely streaky and tries to normalize a high win percentage by simultaneously lowering teammate quality and improving opponent quality.

I say this after coming out of a 10 game losing streak in Plat 5. Games during my losing streak were typically decided by a teammate feeding uncontrollably early on. While Plat level players aren't exactly the best, they typically know how to hang onto a lead of that magnitude.

First win after my 10 loss streak and I got 24 LP. The system wants me to keep climbing. It just had to hand me 10 losses due to AFK and ridiculously bad teammates first.

10 game streaks aren't a lot if you play a ton of ranked games, but so far this season I only have 112 (61 W 51 L).
