Unless you are fed out of your mind, please STRONGLY consider either

as your 3rd item. I'm sorry but if you are behind getting a 
3rd item isn't typically a good idea. Kind of hard to get through 200+ armor and 3000+ Hp without the 2 items i named.

Like i said, if your ahead, fine.. if not, you pretty much need one of those 2 items if you want to be a damage threat

True but your building those stacks cause you have allot of atk speed where if you play a champ like zed who might trow a single shurican last whisperer be superior
If you have other ad champs and your an adc that builds atk speed id say blck cleaver is always superior being instant doesnt compete with giving your team mate a free 35% armor pen
