You nerf everybody's sustain and early damage yet that champion is not touched?

It's retarded now to face that farce of a champion.

I just face a Draven that was just kept getting 3 stacks from Brand just to return to full HP because soraka that had HP pots and 0 cost to heal.

Soraka and most shield healers have been cancer since the dawn of the game. But Soraka at the very least gets negated by 800g
