Give league Voice Chat already

majority of flaming and eventual griefing starts from disagreements on what play should have been made, poor gameplay decisions, and overall lack of communication/information. When u start to talk to people, u dont flame and focus on ur own mistakes. Its the same in CS GO, u rarely get flamed because u accept ur own faults instead of blaming other people.

Bring voice Chat or atleast test it, if it dont work just disable it.

HARD no. Introducing voice chat outside of your party would make it even more toxic if anything. I don't see why you used CS GO as an example considering it's known to be a game with one of the most toxic fanbases.
