Morgana definitely doesn't because she can use her chain on you again after you black shield it because of a stupid low 14 second cooldown (without CDR). Note: Morgana's cooldown on her E starts at fucking 23 seconds without CDR.
On top of that she can W back before you can Q her, and her ult is total crap. How do you play against this bs and who is good against her now? Please tell me before I about explode. Thanks.

And compared to Morg's E, 14 seconds is short
SchmidttyGames2 votesEkko, and most other "jumpers"/"teleporters" even the odds against LeBlanc. Ekko has all the tools needed to beat her.
Galio is the MR version of Rammus, and also has the tools needed to beat her, it's just harder because he's slow. His W will negate just about everything she does.
"Droppers", champions that make themselves invincible/invulnerable for short periods like Fizz and Vladimir, can negate her chain and everything else she wants to do.
Point and Click stunners, like Annie and Ryze also have a fair shot at it. But like every other example, skill is in question.
That said, there is a reason she is a red side ban every single game in LCS.

Hunted90001 votesEkko is pretty brain dead man I know because I won 2 ranked games in a row my first time playing him. Ekko and lb early game are about equal the difference is that if you hit her with a q is when you engage and the easiest way to do this is to all in at level 2 where you e towards her, q then auto one more time for the magic attack burst and usually hitting that twice will deplete all your enemy pots and u can just do it one more time for the ignite to finish them off. I've never lost lane as ekko yet and I've been going dark seal since i started him.

EDIT: Seriously, Ekko into LB is not equal at all. She can save her chain for when you E, and if you can't get out, you will eat quite alot of damage. Her Distortion can harass you 24/7 without putting herself in range of any of your abilities, forcing you to play this as a farm lane until you rush an Abyssal and can take smart trades. The only time you have the advantage is Level 2, when she hasn't upgraded her chains, and even then a good LB knows not to show face to any assassin that can close the gap.
EDIT2: How do you never lose lane yet you have a 22% WR in 9 games? Then say he's braindead? Hehehe.
Hunted90001 votesI NEVER lose lane with ekko, i just have a really hard time carrying with him, and I only built RoA on him where I was dominating but I needed more health.
EDIT: In a match up vs lb I always regret building abyssal rather than RoA first item because if she hits you with one rotation you are usually done in lane unless you have good runes that give you health(which I don't because I don't main mid)
aqours fanboy1 votesROA sucks on Ekko, you either build him pure absolute burst or throw in a gunblade for skirmishes.
He works on power spikes, and if you wait 10 minutes for said spike (and it isn't even that good of a spike) it defeats the whole purpose and it's probably why you can't carry.
Hunted90001 votesThey made it so that ekko benefits much more from ap after tank ekko got nerfed, but they never took away his high base damages, you can still go trinity force on ekko first item and still 100-0 any squishy in the game off your ap so roa is a good choice if you need to get a bit tankier on a champ that it would be horrible to build rylai's, liandry's, and protobelt(its just bad rn) on, because zhonyas isnt enough in a lot of cases.

go ahead and try it I've played this matchup enough times to realize she counters him pretty hard. you will almost never proc your passive on her because she will just dash away when you have two stacks.
your E guarntees her to land her chain since its linear.
