She is not overpowered. The only reason she suddely got all popular in picks and bans is because of her appearance at worlds.

be happy that this entire trash board isn't playing against syndra/cass/ryze in every game to know how it feels to play against a broken champ in diamond/master

there is a reason that i permaban her, and it's not because of world, but rather because i can't do shit against a mage that has range,insane damage, cc, doesn't need mobility+isn't squishy with rylai.

Cass is annoying, but not any different than she was in the past and Ryze is... I don't know. I don't find him particularly great. Lacking spellvamp and only relying on that rather clunky shield combo, he's pretty easy to deal with, even when ahead.

Yo, I've had 55%+ winrate with Syndra while her stun wasn't working at all and she had worldwide winrate of like 42%.

I do agree there's a problem with Syndra and I was one of the first to see that problem on the very same day MYMU changelog was talked about/shown on PBE (whichever came first).

The thing, though, is that people - you possibly included - don't understand what that problem actually is.

First and foremost, she's banned because she was picked in a few games in LCS in matchups that were hard not to win for her.

Look on the graphs here.

Before she was picked in LCS, she had ~12% pickrate and depending on the server and ELO range even 52% winrate, so it's not like people didn't see her in every other game and knew she was at least decent already, but look - her banrate was under measly 4%. Then she was picked a bunch in LCS and what? Her banrate spikes to 40, 50, 70% - depending on the demography used - in less than a week.

There was a ton of people playing here everywhere, but nobody saw the need to ban her, until she was shown in LCS. I like to call it the sheep effect.

I have rushed Ludens when "ahead" on Syndra.

The trick is just Q-E-R the second your opponent returns to lane...

then passively farm get that combo back and do it again....Get morrello second item GG.

There is no good pick against syndra atm, shes overpowered as hell, her only weakness which is lack of mobility is completely negated by running flash + ghost.

it's not even a weakness people are rushing you? you can disengage and even kill them with thi high damage a target is 1000 range away? it doesn't matter your E has 1100 range and 2500 speed.

entire gameplay board is unranked/low ranks, which means that empirically they never played against a good syndra. there is a syndra main in gold that told me that rylai was trash on syndra

Diana SHITS on her....because of her shield and syndra's high mana costs early. Survive to 6 and with negatron cloak and double dorans you can all in syndra and kill her. EVERYTIME you hit your Q.

I can say this more times...but Diana is the true Syndra counter.

Lissandra is also good because you can ult her burst. And one shot her with your to about the same effect.

Play Akali, Fizz, Zed and even Diana properly and you can beat her. "Melee assassins get shit on even harder" Respect the laning phase.

See, I enjoy lux into syndra, because you never have to be in range of her ever, and can burst almost as well. (Plus I find lux's ult much better than syndra's 75% of the time)

Early levels syndra isn't too much of a threat if you move around and focus on dodging. Once you get to the point where your e does formidable damage you can then farm with that, if syndra poses too much of a threat. Eventually, you'll get to later mid game and late game, where lux will never have to be in a bad position, whereas syndra will have to compromise positioning much more to be effective.

i dont know why anyone would ban nidalee. Unless you're in master and where shes a monster... Im in plat and have only seen one good nid and it still wasent worth banning

I love nida and I can play her however I seem to not be able to be fast and furious like how she is when I watch her on streams or too videos.

I start with W and lay out multiple traps on a kiting route to dismantle the first two camps usually gromp + blue but after that I see no take a lot more damage than I should from camps and slow my own progress.

Any tips? I've only started jungle this season (late season) but climbing wise is going well but have decided I want to main nida as honestly I love everything about the champ

first tip is.. dont start W

im not even sure it possible to start W anymore and to due a full clear and not get executed.

start Q. then get heal lvl 2, it sucks not having your pounce until lvl 3. and it makes you stupid easy to invade because you cant fight or escape. and getting invaded will completely screw over your game. unless your laners immediately come to your help. But SOOO many people still think nid has an easy clear and can "start W" that they wont invade her.

try to kite as much as possible try to use your heal whenever you can. it would take too long to go into all the specific and i don't unfortunately have the time right now. but start Q E W. and get scuttle if your low.. that thing is REALLY good at healing you up...

do NOT fight until you hit lvl 3 and get pounce.. if they DO invade you.. RUN you wont win any trades until you hit lvl 3.

yes if you start W Q E you can fight and invade and in a perfect world every nidalee would do this. but its frankly too hard to do.

even as a nidalee main since day 1 i started as my first champ bought in patch 3.6. they nerfed her pounce and her traps SOO MUCH that i cant even start pounce anymore and not get executed. maybe a challenger nid player with absolutely perfect insane kiting mechanics still can, IDK... but for us normal players... start QEW.

it sucks not getting pounce to lvl 3, but that is where we are at now..
