I still don't get it, why this items/runes didn't get changed along of this champions damage power ?

That item should be straight removed from game, it broke etc

Dark harvest can work with ranged champions for some unknown reason , yes i think it unfair on ranged champions.

got gutted cause the abuse of which i don't mind the nerf, but to be honest he wasn't spiking that hard untill it was released and yet the item remain ingame so other champions abuse it till they get nerfed with exception to the babyboy of riot that they don't want to nerf even to his stupid pickrate to winrate. shouldn't work with ranged at first place at all.

And the 3 mention champions that take over lane and make no chance for their enemy adc to spike in game cause they do burst damage instead damage over time like any damn adc while if they ahead they can 1-3 hits your squishy mid or jungler.

wasn't the only problem and he was problem cause he was the best at abusing this items, but again this items along this champions along dark harvest should get changed or removed.
