I dont see her enough, and that leads me to believe that shes lacking somewhere. Is it the fact that he cc is so situational? Because i can find no other reason to not be playing this champ botlane, her peel is insane.

She's not tanky enough to be a tank in the toplane, and she doesn't scale well enough to be a bruiser in the toplane.
And she's simply outclassed in the jungle, which is where she fits best, in my opinion.

"shes not tanky enough" Lolwut? Poppy is a lane bully who excels at punishing melee champions for existing and stalling out a lane.
As for poppy support, its mediocre but if youre good at roaming shes VERY good at dueling the enemy jungler in their own jungle and setting up kills mid.
Ghazter1 votesI agree about the top lane. She got nerfed a bit so she's not as tanky, but just building armor/hp you can 1v1 a lot of top laners. Her Q is % hp, which is always going to bully. Just sit and cs (nobody can really challenge you) and grab your armor, then go ham in teamfights. Extreme gank avoidance at lvl 6 too. Unless they can 100-0 you you're almost guaranteed an escape.
Apparently, Riot doesn't want Poppy to be a tank so her W scaling is pretty bad now R.I.P. Remember 400 armor with like 2 items?

I mean... Her W blocking movement and scaling her MR/Armor alone is enough to keep her a tank. Poppies high % HP damage - which is like 24% iirc - makes her viable against MANY match ups, except most marksmen.
Ghazter1 votesI really have no idea. She seems pretty solid, good armor/mr scaling and really good into something like Lucian/Alistar because of her W. Good damage without building damage as well. It could work pretty well.
