Does Inspiration REALLY Need a Third Keystone?

It seems most people are in agreement on the opinion, if not fact, Omnistone is niche at best and absolutely worthless at worst. And its existence does seem like it was forced into the game after Riot FINALLY conceded that they could not properly balance Kkeptomancy,

Omnistone isn't even its own keystpme. It's just a randomly generated keystone from existing choices and switches to whatever the game deems is the right rune for the job. And just so the Inspiration tree can have 3 choices for keystones.

But does it really need 3 just to round out the numbers? It seems like a lazy keystone backed by a lazy excuse.

It could have something else but I also miss a DoT rune

I think it needs something, but I think Omnistone was not it. The Keystone is worthless in my opinion. I think the keystone needs to do something with the trinket slot, as that's an unused, niche area that would fit for the Inspiration tree.

There should be an additional keystone for traditional supports imo. Right now there's only Aery and Guardian and they're both just a different form of a shield which is kinda boring.

The most fun idea i've seen is a keystone that can spawn in one of the three types of plants anywhere on the map. You could choose from vision, mobility, or healing and they could give supports more interaction with their adcs. It could also work really well with the alcoves and setting up interesting plays.

Here is another idea I just came up with.

Your activated items now have 2 charges.

This means that once the cooldown is up, it then begins another cooldown for a second charge functioning the same way smite or the warding trinket does.
