item 3161 This item and this champions Jax Riven Renekton etc are pure cancer to play against as top laners and pure toxic honestly.

Like manaless champions are cancer in lane and add to that they can abuse item like that plus the damn skirmishers are bunch of toxic champions include and not limited Irelia Riven Jax Tryndamere

Like i'm legit as top laners i'm tired of this item and this champions.
