hi my name is jhin i am an adc that has the brutal weakness of having 0 attack speed but thats okay because along with i do at least 600 damage each auto

my main weakness is being immobile but its not actually a weakness cause i can just go fleet footwork and and im able to outrun a fucking

i am supposed to be vulnerable against assassins but im actually not because you see, im not only super sonic fast but i have a very wholesome, loyal bot by my side at all times!

He can move fast when he crits, but he has long periods of being unable to do damage. His autos are almost like a spell cooldown. Attack him when he's reloading, and he's all but helpless.

Until he finishes a few items, he won't be The Fast. He's designed to kite other immobile champs (immobile = no dashes/blinks), not assassins who can jump on him. Stormrazor is also getting g reworked in the next patch to not give crits, so you won't have to worry about that.

His slow attacks make him good at short trades, but bad a long trades, especially if he's forced to reload. Instead of letting him take potshots, double down on the trade when he moves in.
