And they get lots of support too. There seems to very strong consensus that she is a little too good. And I agree. She is stupid easy to use. Her ult, which is very strong, has an absurdly short CD.

I think I am going to start banning her now. She is super annoying. And from the threads it seems like you, Riot, are not listening to your customers....again. She has very high win rates in all match ups.

So spare me and the community your typical "we think she is fine where she is BS"

ALSO, keep in mind this is not complaining about me fighting her in lane. I am a top main and never see her there. This about watching my teammates consistently get shredded at mid and then letting her roam to other lanes. So don't tell me to counter pick or play better, that is not in my control.

RedMercy is in my mind a big authority on mid laners, and he hates laning against Lux... but he fully admits that's because he chooses Zed / Ekko and both of them are hard engage Assassins that can be pretty much neutered by a good Q / W when they go in so Lux comes in on top in this match up when skill is even. Taking that into account... that's just her kit.
The reason her win is so high? She's safe - very safe laning, very safe farming. Her win rate is high, because she doesn't feed if even remotely competent, and she can snipe very well if other lanes are getting ganked. Morgana has a close kit, but her ULT is unsafe, whereas Lux's is.

And they all get filled with incompetent whining and lies like "E is impossible to dodge". "Lux does damage" oh no! "How do I deal with an immobile champion who has 300 more range than me!?" If you can't handle a Lux you need to get better at the game.

I guess I didn't make it clear. I DONT LANE AGAINST HER. I AM A TOP MAIN. But what I see is my teammates consistently getting shredded by her and letting her roam freely.

Lux isn't that hard to lane against with the right champs.

And if you pick poorly against her or get counter picked just play safe. Lux is the same champ she has always been, just meta shifts or whatever reason she is popular right now (I guess, I never see her)

Your teammates playing poorly is their own fault for likely playing badly against her. She's fine.

I agree she is annoying. But no one is currently banning her and neither will you. Because as annoying as she is there are well over 6 other champions that are twice as bad. If you ban her you are trolling your team.

I actually may. The other 6 champs that are twice as bad are probably mad of of may top laners that I can easily trash. I usually ban for other lanes than my top lane as only Quinn and Olaf are true problems for me, and they are hardly played

I wouldn't say Lux is a bad ban. If I have an Assassin Mid with an aggressive play style, I have banned Lux simply to remove a potential stalemate. A passive Lux is hard to kill, and she's far more likely to be picked over Anivia or Morgana (and Black Shield is more effective trading with Mages...) There's nothing "trolling" if you are banning for your mid laner. I've banned Annie for a Yasuo.

I agree she is a little strong. I think its ridiculous that her ult CD is so short she can use it in pretty much every time shes in a fight. Grant it, in order for her to be really "OP" she needs to land all 3 skill shots in a pretty short amount of time so she is far from "stupid easy" but her potential is really high and her damn ult is way too "wombo-combo'able"

Just cause she has the highest win rate does not mean she is "OP". There has to be a highest win rate champ in each lane, thats how math works. CC her and she is dead, get cc'd by her you are dead. She's a force but she's not, by any means, too over powered or OP.
