Huge Ping Spikes 2015/03/01

Was 65-80 ping all morning (my normal), after getting dodged for normal draft for about 7 games in a row over 30 minutes I decided to play an ARAM. Everything fine, game starts to load and still around 80 ping, then my ping suddenly started jumping, it hit almost 600 then slowly went back down to 60 then spiked up to 672. It stayed about 600 for pretty much the entire game, occasionally dropping below 100 for a couple seconds then spiking back to over 600.

This DEFINITELY WAS NOT a problem with my connection. 3 of my 4 teammates were complaining about ping as well (OMG over 900 ping, OMG lagging so much, etc...) and at least 1 of my 5 opponents was complaining about it as well (Shaco: guys stop DDOS'ing me!). So half of the map, at minimum, was having ridiculous ping issues.

Seriously Riot, sort this stuff out. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to play with such huge delays. You simply can't do anything you're supposed to.
