I legit got soft inted and there won't be repercussions

So my last game my adc soft inted (because i said he healed too late which was unlucky and it caused me to die) He soft inted 5 games prior. He also has gotten numerous accoutns banned for inting (I have screenshots of him bragging about it but it wont matter) It's so fucking dumb that we just let people do that shit. For FUN. Like holy. I mean im not too pressed about the lp because i gain more than i lose and ive been on a hot streak. But jesus Riot pls pretend like you care about this shitty player base and the toxic shit that spews out
