Idea: Galio's W can be placed on Allies splitting the heal between the two 70%/30% (Galio/Ally)

On live it heals him for 100% of the amount

Im suggesting that it heals him for 70% of the amount and the ally that is shielded for 30%

Galio is and always has been viable. The only reason people didn't play him was because his ult was worthless if they got merc trends (which isn't necessarily true might I add) he beats a LOT of top laners and a great number of mid laners. As for support he works good but it's more of a kill lane if you ask me.

They removed tenacity working with his ult so he's viable pretty much anywhere but the jungle. Even then who knows if that might work?

He has no dash/blink that's the only thing keeping him down in league of mobility

Im not saying he isn't viable, Im just trying to think of what to do to make him a support since his kit seems perfect for it
