They are creating a new ranked queue that will replace the current solo/duo ranked. It's called Dynamic Group. It will allow players to play ranked with multiple players in a group.( for example, 3 friends can play ranked together)

So they haven't removed solo queue? great.

I will probably quit LoL after they replace solo queue with the new second Team Queue.
