@RIOT Please Start IP Banning

I know this will get downvoted to hell, but pretty sure it will be all by the type of people that deserve what im asking for.

It makes no sense how toxic people are in games. its hard to go 2 games in a row (at least in low elo) without having people that will go out their way to ruin a game just over the simplest things.

I just came out of a game were all 4 of my team mates were just flaming each other.......none of it was directed at me. I seen where the game was going so I tried to ff @ 15 and they all voted no. Not because they thought we could win but because they just wanted to continue flaming each other.

And it all started over ONE FAILED GANK BOT LANE......so I dont even know why our top was salty and got involved in arguing but he did and eventually sat afk in the base while just typing.

Muting them does nothing because like i said it wasnt directed at me and even if i couldnt see it NONE of them was trying to win the game just wanted to argue.

Reporting them does nothing because even if people get banned they just make new accounts.

Outside of threatening to kill someone it is actually hard to get banne don this game.....so anyone that eventually does get banned should not be able to make another account........thats why no one cares about being banned and they even brag about it when you do report them...they just dont care. The only people that do care are the ones who have a lot of money invested in their account on skins and stuff......but majority of people care %0 about being reported or possible banned because they know they can just make another account.

And yeah i know...people will say...well a IP ban could keep someone who lives with me from playing.....well think about that before you type in the chat or troll and just give your team auto losses because you would rather argue, fight and blame than try to win a game.
