What did you expect? The rework made him flat out broken. Did you really think he would be allowed to domanate in every stage of the game, despite having one of the lowest skillfloors of all the assassins?

They nerf His Q by 5 dmg ,and E by 20dmg late game...Thats nothing.Hes still gonna be broken.Untill they remove that crit from his ultimate.
