I'm Nasus and for whatever odd reason my lane opponent is Draven? I have the right to be tilted, right?

There's absolutely not a lick of counterplay available to me outside of waiting for a gank that never came.

Farm under turret, you say? Takes a spinning axe to the face while trying to Q a melee minion attacking the turret and the freaking turret doesn't even detect Draven.

When I approached the 1st minion wave with my roughly 600 health, I lost about 90 when the first spinning axe hit me in the face, then I got hit 3 more times as I retreated under my turret. 90 * 4 = 360 (over half of my health). I lost the rest of my health under turret.

me: who the bleep picks Draven top against Nasus (picked after me) in a normals game. Keep that bleep in ranked! I just want to play able to play 1 skill match when I queue up for normals! My God! everybody else: he's totally tilted

^ well no bleep I'm tilted, RIOT's whole success system revolves around pick order in draft!

ADCs top are the fucking worst

I've played as Illaoi vs like Caitlyn and Draven top and its probably one of the worst experiences in League ever

Basically, yeah. I play as Morgana Mid, and I often just feel like "okay, I don't care about your Zeds, your Yasuos, Ziggs. But for the love of god, keep your ADC out of my mid. Lucians, Varus', Ezreals, this is for you (for the times when each was a mid-pick).

It's alright for you to tilt under any circumstance. Just don't let it affect how you play. Everyone gets frustrated. And that's fine. But the moment you put your frustration out on your teammates or play worse as a result, you are negatively impacting the game and that is not alright in any circumstance.

Take exhaust + ghost and fuck him once you get level 6 with a Chainvest. Make sure he isn't too close to his tower. Press all your buttons on him and he'll die.

Use Spirit Fire farm until you can buy armor up. Q when you get a chance.

You are playing Nasus, you should be used to this.

In a bad enemy ad nasus lane max E and rush 2 Doran's and corrupting potion, then either trinity or frozen heart, then finish the one you didn't build. The roa was a waste. You will be selling the doran's eventually, the AP is just a crutch to make it through laning.

It was Draven, not Darius, right? At one point, you said "Darius", but you were talking about spinning axes. You should probably fix that.

You weren't playing the AP Nasus E-max build, were you? It seems like that build might be able to outpush a Draven, since Draven has little AoE. (On Dyrus' stream, I saw it outpush Heimerdinger.)

Even if you weren't planning on playing AP Nasus, you could buy some Doran's Rings and try it. Otherwise I'm not sure what a Nasus could do against a Draven early on in the game.

Oh, and if I were your teammate in that game, I wouldn't be mad at you for being tilted.

Although you still could be punished for flaming if you flame a lot in chat, so try not to do that.

After I died the first time, I rushed item 3027 and maxed E 1st. By the time I actually finished ROA, he was at inhibitor turret with item 3812 item 3086 item 3006

Honestly as Susan i'd pick Kayle Pantheon or Rumble vs any adc top laner such as Quinn any day, it's the fact they have lots of damage in their kit with good poke, Kayle can be out scaled and doesn't burst as hard so you can sorta outsustain, and Pantheon require the good ol' Basic then Q combo, or just max E with a Dorans, repeat with Teemo. Rumble you just stay away and get farm under turret. Meanwhile Quinn disengages a shit load from one spell ;-;.

As any melee top but Nasus, you'd be right. However, you counter him. Buy your IBG and Ninja Tabi, and farm as best you can. A rank 3 W means he's not escaping you, as it guts his AS and MS. Press ghost and ult, and just take out half his health with one Q. I've done it against Quinns before.

My question is why you rushed RoA instead of IBG, a core item on Nasus, and a solid counter to any ranged top. Even against AP you need to rush Sheen.

you didn't build a single piece or armor and you are complaining that an ADC beat you in lane... what were you even trying to accomplish by rushing RoA on Nasus of all champions? why not just get Morello's if you wanted to get AP that badly? you don't even need the extra AP to clear the wave if you are maxing E first anyways so if you wanted some HP why not get one of the MANY HP+armor items in the game?

you built terrible and then come here complaining about ranged tops like it means something. First actually try to build properly before you complain about champions. It's like complaining about AP assassins one shooting you as a tank when you built nothing but armor. What did you expect to happen?

If you are laning against a Draven top and your Jg doesn't gank your lane. That is totally on your jg....league of legends is a team game.

build a frozen heart, take what q's you can get safely, play as much of a bitch as you have to until you get some stacks and a few ranks in your w, get to a point where you can farm in his face, then beat it in. all assuming no jungle intervention obv

LOL this matchup is meant for normals, not ranked. He was just having fun.. unfortunately it was at your expense. I understand as sometimes I want to practice champs in top lane against stuff I'll see in ranked but I have to play aginst quinn or cait. I just chalk it up as a lost lane for the most part. Cause not much you can do, lose your tower then farm when he goes roaming and hope next game you don't matchup against a damn adc top.

If need be, play Quasus.

Build 2x Doran's Rings, take Stormraider's Surge (or Thunderlord's Decree) and max E. Build your defensive/CDR items after the Doran's Rings, don't go for more AP.

Even if you can't stack Q, you should be able to waveclear and farm. After you get your CDR items (i.e. Iceborn Gauntlet), you can stack up Q more easily.

just chill, most off metas win lane cause there are more optimal lane winners but if you starve them and farm from a range their teamfight become disgustingly bad cause they are missing a tank or adc or mage, look for laneswaps as in, oh hey my midlane talon is super fed and can prob kill a draven easy and his lane opponent is kassadin maybe I could swap
