Make her have to THROW her bear so it's not instant. Give it a small delay after that, too. That's what she did in the cinematic, and Trynd didn't get his virgin asshole immediately torn into three halves.

But seriously, this would make her stun more tactical, because she'd have to land her stun BEFORE throwing the bear in order to land it. Either that, or she'd throw it into a whole team and then WAIT before the gigantic 5-man-stun goes off.

Also, give that damn thing less than 200,000,000 movement speed after Annie dies. That shit ain't right.

Annie is fine, your just to stubborn to build item 3102 item 3814 and item 3156 when your VSing her so of course she's going to destroy you.

I'd also like to point out that Annie's kit is currently riddled with so many bugs the kit itself is unreliable and thus unviable.If you losing to Annie it's because your pride is stopping you from buying items that counter her. Plain and simple.

I main Annie, I know how to play as her and I know how to VS her. Your raging over a champion who loses a lot of utility if the ADC or mid laner buys any of those items. Annie's job is to innate and burst down squishes. If the squishes have a spell shield or magic shield protecting them then she simply can't do that. Its really easy to get itemization VS her, even item 3001 helps you win lane vs her. But most players are to stubborn to build those items because all they want is damage damage damage damage, ALL the damage and that's why they lose vs Annie.

Part of this game is understanding the limits of the champion you are playing and the champion you are facing in lane, if you can;t do that then you get the rank and the loss you deserve.

You do realize these items you listed work against just about any mage and some adc's? Annie has no mobility/utility thus why she has been given raw stats/damage. She dominates lower elo's who don't know her counters but yh i do believe annie is pure raw stats and needs to be tweaked a little.

Sure, add her a delay but you will have to compensate by adding a dash to her W and making her stun lands every third spell instead of the fifth.

The only way to alter Annie in your manner is if you also increase her ranges, do you really want to give Annie more range on her abilities?

So instead just stop grouping like idiots, buy a proper defensive item with a spell shield, and learn to work around her short range.

Are you talking about the tiny squishy imobile mage who has a visual notification when the stun is ready... Why not just fully gut her then... If she comes at you straight down the lane and pulls of a tibbers stun...Well you're doing something wrong. If it's in a teamfight...by then you should be well equiped to deal with it and/or gut her before she has a chance...
