Teemo at least has to go to a spot to lay down his shrooms. Illaoi doesn't have to be anywhere near you and can summon a tentacle to attack you where you stand, IN YOUR OWN BASE. Just...no. Bad Riot.

meh she's easy to deal with if anything her e needs to root if you kill the spirit, otherwise she's almost underwhelming if not for her team fight presence
