PSA: Not every game is winnable. Surrender is OK sometimes.

When no one on our team is fed, when everyone on the other team is, when they have 4 turrets to our none, and one person on our team is clearly int feeding, it's time to surrender.

Also please surrender when we have a player who is afk/dc, has one item bought and hasn't been playing since level 6.

If you don't surrender which makes me and others suffer under a miserable, unwinnable game,** I'm reporting every one of you for griefing if you make it known that you were the ones who didn't hit yes. ** That shit needs to be punished.

er, what are you learning by surrendering? legitimately my only question... quitters never win, and you wont advance until you learn, play the game till the nexus is dead, regardless of the reasons others have

Maybe some people want to play it out for fun and the slight chance the other team gets impatient and does something stupid

Not every game is winnable, no. But not surrendering is not griefing, unless they specifically say they're not surrendering TO grief you. There's no rule against wanting to keep trying in a losing game.

If they say they're doing it just to punish/troll you though? Report 'em, absolutely. That IS punishable.

being held prisoner by my teammates for 10+ minutes in a long lost game is the most painful video game situation i have ever been in. the fact that you cant leave the game when you are having a bad time is the biggest creator of toxicity in LoL.

you are trapped. trapped in what has turned into a horrible game that lasts sometimes 40+ minutes against enemies who were better than you Before they were snowballed into unstoppable monsters. 40-7 and down to your nexus turrets with the enemies dancing and just farming kills without trying to end. and every surrender vote fails 3-2.

your teammate says 'nope i dont surrender' as if its brave and honorable to go down with the ship in a cartoon video game while wasting the rest of your team's time. the truly honorable thing would be to show respect to the enemy team who crushed you by surrendering and letting your team get on with their lives.
