Shaco needs to be disabled/banned from Dominion

A good Shaco player is simply indefensible in this mode with his ability to q out of danger and reach control points way too quickly. It's s completely unfair to play against him.

Lissandra is better at getting out of danger and reaching control points than Shaco . Try Elise Fizz Ahri LeeSin or Diana , or something like that because they can chase that Shaco to pieces. Malzahar also works exceptionally well with the silence and Space AIDS. Also, because you're on Dominion, buy item 2047 . It really helps with stealthing champions like Evelynn Talon and Shaco . You'll see his boxes too.

Oracle's Extract does nothing against Evelynn because the detection range is roughly the same distance as Evelynn's reveal radius. Furthermore, Oracle's is generally a questionable pickup anyway. The game pace and flow results in frequent deaths, making Oracle's a fairly significant gold sink, particularly if you're intending to keep it running all game. A dedicated vision item is more cost-efficient, though the removal of Twin Shadows means APs don't have a vision item anymore.
