I don't think it is needed, but it would be nice.

Edit: Especially with the 2 charge smite.

The 2 charge smite doesn't stop most junglers from having to back before 450 gold, which would stop them from picking up the Tier 2 upgrades to Machete after 5.2

Sorry, but what jungles are you talking about? Also what is your path/runes/mysteries? I haven't had any issues. (That isn't to say you arn't any)

Any amount of rune variance or mastery variance may help slightly in clears but will majorly impact my mid to late game scaling, especially with characters like Wukong.

Riot needs to either buff sustain or buff specific champions.
