What if certain spells where role-locked

So, Smite is for jungling amirite? What if only the jungler can choose smite? You don't have to choose smite, but it is exclusive only to the jungler. The same would go for TP and Heal.

So, you ask,

**"What if I want to trade a champion with somebody?" **

Well you still can. In fact, this would not hurt that aspect of the game at all.

**"Well what if I swapped roles with somebody?" **

Aha. Now that can get tricky. Say you want somebody's role and they are willing to switch. Well there will be a "TRADE" pop-up like there is for trading champions.

**"Well what if people just keep spamming trade because they don't like their position?" **

Easy! There will be a little checkbox next to a player's name. If a player is willing to trade their role, they can check a players box who's role they might switch with and allowing incoming Role Trade requests from those roles/players.

EXAMPLE So say I got jungle but I really want top. I can say in chat "Hey, can we trade lanes?" They might be like "Hell no, scrub. Don't feed." And thats the end of that. However, if they say "Sure, my dude" then that top laner can check my box which will allow me to send them a role trade request.

**"Sounds, meh. But why?" **

Well back to my original point. It would be so that certain roles are given access to a particular summoner spell. Top and mid will have exclusive access to choosing TP, Smite will only be given as an option for Jungle, and perhaps Heal will only be given to the bottom lane picks.

This will only be for ranked or maybe normal draft. Tell me what you think of this idea. Trash it, discuss it, idk.

This idea is bad. Items, like item 1041 and item 1039 should be role locked, so you're not dependent on a summoner spell to function in the game, and items like item 3310 item 3301 and item 3302 should also be role locked so they would stop being abused by lanes and roles that have no business using them. But not summoner spells. Part of the appeal of summoner spells is that you're allowed to be flexible with them however you want. Ideally, every summoner spell should be viable no matter where want you take it, so you should never lose access to them based on role.
