AA resets are too common
why this is bad
- makes fighters very burst; in an age where fighters have more AD than ever (and CDR) fighters can one combo people very quickly
- AS slowing becomes much much less useful as a debuff because AS resets ignore it; not nearly as big a DPS hit as it used to be (alongside the fact most fighters are casters now)
- lazy filler spell design that gets ignored way too much, even worse than giving people dashes just because you can imo. give me more interesting spells
