It's a blink and not a dash. That's pretty much it.
Leblanc's dash has so much limitations, it can be interrupted and outplayed. There are many walls that she's unable to jump reliably.
Kassadin either needs to become completely melee or needs an ult rework for him to be ever viable. He'll always be super strong or under powered.

Boulderox1 votesummm no... leblanc is the clear winner, as leblanc has @ 6 4 ways to escape 2 dashes in any direction, and then 2 returns, which is a tad BS to me how you can never catch her. Kassadin however has to commit to ONE direction and continue that way. Leblanc has more mobility than kassadin flat out wich the choices she has at her fingertips.
