Personal Opinion of small buffs in order Evelynn to be better!

Right now Evelynn is not useless but she is not good ether!

For me after i play her many times this is some of the things she need in order to be good but not OP

1-Make his Q Target (The first part) Lock and not a skillshot or keep it skillshot and make it go through minions! 2-Make that players who are effected from Evelynns W can see it when Evelynn is on 600 Range Radius! Because right now you click that thing from 1000-1600 range and everyone is like "Yeah ok Evelynn is here lets go back) This thing already have 2.5 seconds in order to be hard CC at least make it so the can see you when you are on their AA range!
(If you do that to W you can keep Q as skillshot so its not an easy lock down) 3-Make his E jump range when you are in devil mode bigger 100 range more (still if that happen you can keep the W range at 1000 because if you increase E range with protobelt you cover the distance of 1000 range but as it is now you DONT COVER the 1000 range and even worst the 1600 range at rank 5 W so its pretty much a huge WARNING that Evelynn is comming)

And last one make protobelt mini rockets to PROC EVELYNNS W i dont know if its a bug or no but for some reason its dosent prock it...

So one of this buffs or 2 they can make Evelynn better! ofc putting all 3 it would brake her that why i put what and how she should buffed

I hope Riot take some ideas and actually make Evelynn better

I dont have a big image of her current balance with the new RUNES but if you think about it right now if you are not AD Assasin in the jungle you are not doing much the combination of press the attack/Dark harvest with Duskablade and so on its kind weird right now but its preseason so i dont know exactly her current balance but she seem weak even now not weak in terms of damage weak in terms of how to apply the damage you need perfect scenarios which the current meta of the game dosent allow this scenarios to take place and that why i didnt mention anything about Damage buffs or Ratio buffs all her buffs are focused on her Ultility and getting to the target and her ability to gank
