How to solve problem with "bot killin golems / gromp" for LCS and SOLO Q . I have small idea

If you don't have Jungler item , (numbers can change) for 1st 5 -6 minutes of the game you dont get XP from camps. You can Kill ofc but you will get only gold and zero XP Junglers with jungle item can get xp anytime.

It would solve the problem. Not sure if its good idea or not. but it's my small idea
