3 changes needed for new players

#1. All Summoner Spells Available At Level 1. Not being able to even try to Jungle until you get summoner 11 unlocked is stupid. Having one of the 5 main roles eliminated is a problem. Being able to run summoner 12 summoner 14 summoner 4 summoner 3 summoner 21 in their intended roles when you start off is really important. Why would you practice running summoner 6 on an ADC when you wont ever do that once you unlock summoner 4? #2. All Masteries Slots Available At Level 1. Keystones are too big to go without. They are a massive part of any champion's kit. Not having one is a big disadvantage. #3. More Experience Needed To Get To Level 30. 100 or so games is not enough to learn what is needed to play in ranked queues. You wont have enough knowledge of the game in general, in your chosen position, to compete on a somewhat equal level. I see fresh level 30's go 0-9 in lane and complain on how the community is so "Toxic" when they yell at them to stop feeding. Maybe if they had enough experience they would understand that solo diving towers is a bad idea when the opponent is fed with both summoner spells and more items.

Are you seriously saying we need MORE experience to 30? Lmao you realize they just halfed it because it was 1. A major turn-off for a new player and 2. Took about 200+ Games to reach 30 which casual players just don't have the time for. I agree with 1 but not the rest.

Halving it was a bad move, now players have not enough game play to really understand everything. Maybe bump it up to 75% of the original.

80% of the player base don't really understand everything; tbh 95% of them don't otherwise we'd all be diamond+. That is what makes the game have such a high skill ceiling. Adding maybe 30 more games from 1-30 would be fine but anymore and Riot risks losing potential players without really gaining anything.

They currently lose players who are already level 30 and ranked anyways, mainly due to imbalanced teams skill wise. But who knows what they want from new players.

if they do it isnt because of imbalanced teams. Also they have 100 million active players per month right now. According to: http://www.riftherald.com/2016/9/13/12865314/monthly-lol-players-2016-active-worldwide So please show me your proof of them "losing" players.

Loosing players in my meaning was that some players are leaving the game who have played for a while now (few seasons) because of imbalance. Not that the whole game in general is losing more players than it takes in because obviously it isn't.

They gain probably 2 or 3 new players because of it. What is your point? Is this just a rant for imbalanced teams?

I object to the Smite level change. New players have enough to learn without also having to worry about jungling (without runes, by the way).

Masteries I agree with, and I'm indifferent to the xp change.

It is not just smite. Teleport, ignite, exhaust and flash are all far more common than Ghost for most roles. Where Ghost is limited to just a few champions who use it, almost every single champion uses Flash, sometimes they even take both Flash and Ghost. So having Flash not unlocked until 8 is frustrating.

Also many other players who are above 10 have advantages over those under by having all the spells unlocked.

It's only Smite I'm worried about. The rest of the spells should be fine if accessible at level 1.

Also, new players should automatically be able to get t3 runes

I do agree with this however I still think they should pay just not as much, t2 are however pretty decent.

I know a lot of casual gamers and they don't play any games that don't have something you can expect to unlock or achieve.

For example, the summoner spells and rune and mastery slots for League, "The next level" in many puzzle games, etc.

Restricting the summoner spells and seeing what each one does when they're unlocked might be better than having too many choices at once.

That's also why champions are unlocked (also money from RP) and there is a free week rotation.
