Update Emotes

Emotes are a nice way to speak without chat. A nice thumbs up emote or a white flag on recall is helpful. But I'd love if there was a bit more of a practical use. To that end, I'd love to see emotes the signal "Lets get the tower" or "don't call" or "It's a trap"

I don't want to have to tell people obvious shit either, but I'm in the B5 so it's mandatory. And we can all use a reminder ourselves now and again.
