Ignite now has a lower cooldown than Cleanse and Ehxaust. They really deserve an equal cooldown.

Exhaust is weak atm, and cleanse has never been meta because it just doesn't really compare to the spells you can use at-will. Cleanse doesn't even fully counter ignite, it can remove just the DoT, not the grievous wounds, and it can only remove the ignite after it happens, meaning you will most likely take multiple ticks of damage from ignite before ending the DoT with cleanse.

Pretty simple request. Even after the nerf, ignite adds a huge chunk of true damage to champions that already had more than enough damage to 100-0 targets without it. I think the nerf was great, but lowering the CD actually nerfed cleanse and exhaust and made ignite even harder to deal with because there are now 30 seconds windows of time where you're even more vulnerable to ignite because you won't be able to cleanse or exhaust.
