Can Infinity Edge Build Path NOT Be so Damn BAD

Its literally the most awkward thing to buy in the game why do powerful item spikes like and have amazing build paths and you have to sit and wait for 1300 gold for your second and then once you finally get that you need to sit and wait for 1000 more this is always going to be a problem unless you are fed I cant see why the new cant just build from something like this its not that the Item is expensive its a strong item its the fact that I have to sit on a ton of gold that is doing NOTHING for me while everyone else is able to spend all their gold efficiently.

has the same issue of it being awkward to buy, but what makes this is sort of not as bad is that this is not really a second or even third item buy you normally buy this item last or second to last at this point of the game gold income is 1. a lot higher 2. you have other items so you're actually relevant to do damage and kill enemies 3. and farming all around is easier and worth more so getting is still awkward but not as awkward since you dont buy it that early into the game.
