Can we buff other boots to ninjatabi/sorcerer's lvl?

there is nothing else that comes to their lvl it's either 100% of sorcerer's boots on mages or 100% of ninja tabi on every single other characters even ad carries (you can watch high elo streams) lacks of a unique passive, doesn't give anything except attack speed used to be really broken as you would be outran if you didn't build it, why the passive is so weak? i literally don't notice the slow reduction, it should be changed to slow immunity against a single slow with X seconds cooldown everyone, their grandmother, and their dogs have a displacement or a suppression it became worthless. Buff the mr it gives if you want people to buy it despite not countering all CCS nobody cares about CDR anymore, it's too easy to get 40% cdr if you want people to buy this instead of an other CDR item you should buff the summoner spells cdr i honestly didn't see this built on junglers/supports since a longtime, probably since they made it giving 25 ms in combat while buffing ninja tabi/other boots i have no suggestions for mobility boots feel free to add one
