I think us bronze leaguers uploaded too many videos of him in 55min games when he can actually have a bunch of stacks.

Riot might be confused on whether he's op, in a good spot, or bad.

They literally just reworked him like a month ago. He needs more than just minor buffs. He needs a larger rework.
