dangopee1 votesYeah i was thinking the same thing. Why would I want to waste my true damage dot that only comes around every 15 seconds on a fking minion. And parley wont proc it so it's not like I can just Q the enemy laner real quick then last hit a minion. I have to choose between missing a cs to go try and trade with the enemy laner or wasting my trading opportunity on a minion, and the enemy laner knows that.
