As we all know, riot has slowly lowering the overall ap obtainable in the game. I also feel like, mages should be able to get 40 percent CDR with 2 items and not have to resort to only

I think we should have access to a new 100 ap 20 cdr item.

Why do you think mages should get 40% cdr??? Get Lucidity boots if you want that. Your core shouldn't give you super spammy high damage long range spells. Just high damage and long range or just spammy and long range is enough, thank you.

Considering whenever I mention Build Variety, people insist that Runes fix their CDR problem, and insist that AP is Everything. (If you needed extra CDR, just grab Blue)
Not that I have a problem with 20% CDR, it should just move away from the high AP items.
Lastly, if anyone is still complaining about the decrease in AP. I should remind you that they have also removed the Legion Aura. Your damage is going to be just fine.

Rákãñ1 votesAhri with AP scaling runes is not worth. I rather run Flat AP and MR/ARM. Not every champ can make use of scaling runes effective as others due to AP ratios.
khorney1 votesevery champ can use scaling ap runes. 3 flat quints and 9 scaling glpyhs, or 3 scaling quints and 9 scaling glpyhs its not hard, once u hit 6 it evesn out as if u were running flat runes anyway
