They just gave Cho a heal on his ult

Note, that the heal ONLY takes effect if he already has max stacks on his ult, AND if he kills a unit with it.

And that awkward moment when its on the PBE, which means it may never see live play, let alone as it was when first placed on the PBE.

His ult healed him already kind of. Stop qqing.

my question is, is that why is he getting a buff? what prompted this, at all?
