Got to say not thrilled about some of the upcoming changes to support items. feels like a lot of the core items you build to help your team are seeing rather impressive nerfs, 20-25% from what i can tell. given that most of the champions with a shield effect are also getting nerfs to those shields, HUGe nerfs to duration, do we really need to cut the bonus heal/shield level of items as well? Hell does 
need to lose half of its CDR?

Doubt it. Trancendence only makes overcapping CDR merely "not feel like crap" as opposed to being particularly strong. On a full build, a support is probably getting an Amp tome of AP most of thw time if even.
