Can there be a ping check that does not allow you to search for ranked games?

If you have over 150 ping I think it should not allow you to search for ranked games. I been getting many games with people saying there ping is too high, and you can now see proof of it in game with the ability to share your ping number with team. And so many losses contributing to people with a ton a lag that could have been saved if they were rejected to play ranked with a ping checker.

This will be for gold or higher players.

hmm what if they did it for gold or higher? As the majority of customers are bronze or silver players.

sounds dumb. I travel a lot and play with 100-175 ping in general, and it doesn't affect my gameplay at all.

I'd like to not get banned from ranked, thankyouverymuch.

This will be for gold or higher, so probably will not effect you. Aslo 100-175, means you will be able to get in for most games, as I stated has to be over 150, and you average is 137.5. And its not about being banned is just does not allow you to search for ranked games till you lower your ping to 150 or lower.

I am gold, so it will definitly affect me. And my average ping is 175, so yes almost every game.
