I give it another month before everyone catches on. If you've used it you know that just the base damage is a huge amount. If your champion is an assassin itll add huge burst to your combo and even for anyone else it's just too good to pass up.
and other tanks don't make great use of it.
its not very strong if youre not building a lot of ap/ad.
why would jax ever take it over fervor for example? why would tanks and health stacking fighters like garen o darius pick it over grasp?

I just tried it on Sona and it felt meh. I feel the stronger W is more helpful than maybe getting the Thunderlord's proc which is actually dangerous on her most of the time since for some reason it doesn't proc off Q+empowered AA.
Laned against an MF who used it, and good GOD, her bullet ran skill hurt like fucking HELL.
It's not worth using on support Soraka.
