Jungle: Mana return has to be improved

With increased monster health and worsened Mana restoration an jungle items many junger are forced onto using Trailblazer severely Worsening their jungeling Power, making the choice between Smites an illusion.

For the sake of jungler diversity and in order to restore the balance of power between ability using and auto attacking junglers as well as promoting the diversity of Smites the mana sustain has to be fi×ed!

Sitenote: The trailblazer nerf on PBE went into the completely wrong direction, unveiled a severe missinterpretation of the situation by Riot and destroyed whatsoever jungler diversity was left.

Riot doesn't care about jungle viability. As long as ADCs have it easy, the game is fine.

Unless you're trying to jungle Anivia I don't see how you have mana problems.

A lot of junglers have high mana costs and comparatively small pools early, and since the camps are tankier and do more damage more abilities tend to be required to kill them.

IMO the 15% return that Trailblazer has needs to be baseline. Maybe reduce it to 10% so it's not overly strong, but the complete absence of sustain on the other smite items is an issue for a lot of junglers.

Zac, the tank with the lowest win rate, doesn't even use mana.

Zac has other issues.... And had them before... We're talking about tank junglers who were fine and balanced compared to other junglers last season.

Taking the arguably worst champion ingame as an example does not really benefit the discussion.

Ranger's trailblazer, which is for tanks (according to riot once they fix it), gets rid of the mana issue.

Their current "fix" is increasing its cooldown without compensation...
