Still can, just have to play better than the ignite. When they pop ignite and you live, you can back and tele to lane and get more cs, hit 6 first, and then kill them potentially.

Also depending on your champ, you could play with unsealed spellbook.

TP is still better than ignite. If you even semi play the fight right they will have to back and you get to TP back to lane missing minimal exp and they miss a ton. Also if you survive you get a free heal and item purchase and are just ahead in every way.
