AP teemo was nerfed ages ago because it became good in pro play
meanwhile looking at AP kaisa its not a problem. the champion has an alternate unintended build path that is extremely toxic to play against and does more damage than standard build
teemo was picked in like a couple games and it was nerfed. if you watch a video from few weeks ago. Hai said that a Rioter literaly told him they nerfed teemo because they don't want champions like teemo to be picked in pro play
this champion is really fighting zoe to be the most toxic release of all time.
why would you make an ad carry this strong. to get other ad carries nerfed to shit. even tho she uses entirely different item builds?
this is easily the worst state the game has been in even tho there are more viable heroes than ever. its a mess. and it has been a mess for at least two seasons. and nobody to blame but the balance team for introducing reworks and new champions that break the game
