El oh el, champ is disgusting, its literally pre-nerf poppy all over again, except he also has one of the best waveclears in the game early game and global presence.

His W gets 40% damage reduction for free without even accounting for magic resist. Nerf it so it's like 20% at rank 5 and 1 MR item would put him at like 35. Make it so he actually has to invest in MR to be that tanky.
Nerf the base damage on his passive and also make that scale better with MR. He already has great waveclear with Q alone, does he really need extra waveclear with his passive?

Galio is the anti magic tank that destroys AD squishy champs like riven in lane, so balanced.
His armor and armor per level should be near a ranged champ, its stupid on how he counters basically everything, and of course his damage needs to be halved.
